Born in Kryvyi Rig in 1971.

He collaborated tightly with UN office in Ukraine, International HIF/AIDS Alliance, Chemical Dependence and AIDS Prevention Fund. 

Co-founder of the Photographer.RU agency. Prize winner of miscellaneous contests: Konica Ukraine Contest (winner, 2001); "Ukraine in Focus" (Kyiv, 2002); Nikon Photo Contest International (bronze winner, 2003).

Worked as staff photographer for "Kyiv Post" and "Kyiv Express" and proved photographs for a number of Ukrainian publications.  

2002-2005 - "Business" newspaper staff photographer.

In 2006 started a project dedicated to HIF-infected people. Also initiated a photo exploration of  the Ukrainian countryside as a part of the "15x15” art project exploring the lives in 15 Soviet republics following 15 years since the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Victor died in May, 2006 in a car accident. ...
